1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eatinout's corporate employee benefits platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Eatinout provides a corporate employee benefits platform that enables employers to offer their employees access to dining, drinks, and hospitality discounts across participating venues in Lancashire and surrounding areas. The Service includes access to our web platform and any associated mobile applications.

3. Corporate Accounts

When you register for a corporate account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Subscription and Payment

Corporate subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis per employee. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorise us to charge your payment method
  • Minimum contract terms as specified in your agreement

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Employee Access

As a corporate subscriber, you are responsible for managing employee access to the Service. Employees must use the Service in accordance with these terms and any additional guidelines provided. Access is non-transferable and may only be used by the designated employee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share account access with non-employees
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute offers without authorisation

7. Venue Offers

Offers at participating venues are subject to availability and individual venue terms. Eatinout acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by participating venues. Venues may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, employee access will be revoked and no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatinout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
